Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping speed.
Typical delivery times:
• U.S. Orders: 2–4 business days
• International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on location and customs)
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You’ll get an email with your tracking number once your package is on the way.
Delays
We’re not responsible for shipping delays due to carriers, weather, or customs. But if something seems off, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Return Policy
We want you to love your game! If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns:
Eligible Returns
• Must be requested within 14 days of delivery
• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (like your order confirmation email) is required
Non-Returnable Items
• Opened games or components
How to Start a Return
Email us at wyd@watyoudoing.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 2–3 business days. We’ll notify you when your refund is processed.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing:
1. Contact us at wyd@watyoudoing.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery)
2. Include your order number and photos if applicable
3. We’ll work with you to replace or refund the item
